It means the world to us be a part of your journey. Because at Lily rae, we know it is more than just jewelry -  it is stories you wear. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we would love to make it right. Any unworn, or unused items may be returned to Lily Rae within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in its original packaging.  

In the rare case, your item(s) arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us at hello@lilyraedesign.com within 7 days of receipt of your product  and we will gladly send you a replacement.  Please include your name, order number and attached photos of your items.
